Our host provider, Wix, has built-in security measures to protect information submitted through online forms. We use the information collected on our Contact form for responding to your requests.

   • Rental Application: We receive, collect and store information you willfully provide on this website's Rental Application form, whether it's the online version or the print version. Our host provider, Wix, has built-in security measures to protect information submitted through online forms. We use the information you provide on your Rental Application to determine your eligibility for renting a property from us.

   • Google Analytics: Through the use of Google Analytics, we may collect anonymous, generic user information such as the type and version of browser you used to access this website, which pages you visited, our page response times, and when and how long you visited. We may use anonymous information collected by Google Analytics to optimize the effectiveness and usefulness of this website.

   Information you provide through our Contact form and our Rental Application is stored on Wix servers with built-in, industry-standard security. We may also store the information in our on-site office for purposes of long-term documentation and for communicating with you. 4. Requesting or Deleting Your Information
   At any time, you may request a copy of any personally identifiable information stored by us or by Wix. If we no longer have a landlord-renter relationship and no further business need for information we have collected from you, you can request that the information be deleted; however, we reserve the right to retain information if we consider it necessary for our business purposes. Cookie text files stored on your device can be deleted by you at any time. By default, anonymous information stored by Google Analytics (see "What Type of Information We Collect and Why We Collect It," above) will be deleted after the term as defined in the Google Analytics retention policy; Google's retention term as of this writing is 26 months.

   The security of any personal information you provide at will to us is very important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable standards to protect your personal information. Hard copies of contact form information and rental applications are stored securely in our office in Grand Forks, ND. If you are sending information to us by email, your email service provider may have optional security measures you can use to add further security to the transmission and receipt of your information.
