For more than 25 years, MPG Properties, LLC has been a trusted rental properties business in Grand Forks, North Dakota. We love helping people find a great place to live, and we strive to build openhonest relationships with our renters. Our Mission, Vision, and Values are below.

We know many people want a home but aren't ready to buy, or they want to rent an apartment but don't find large-complex living appealing. That's why we do what we do — provide single-family homes and small, multi-unit dwellings for rent.

We ♥ Pets

Our properties are pet-friendly. We have a non-refundable pet deposit of $525 per pet; it can be paid in monthly installments.

We understand budget limitations and have flexible lease options on several of our MPG Properties.

Security

Deposit

We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. It will be refunded to you — less any expenses incurred — at the end of your lease.
